Picture of the Week: Baby Shower Bumpin' We hung out at Grammy and Papa Rick's since Auntie Andrea and Uncle Dan were still in town. Perry and Kaitlyn played together out in the playhouse and watched movies. Gracie had a scrimmage instead of regular soccer practice, so we all went to watch her. Perry slept over at Grandpa and Grandma Espejo's (without big sisters!) with Brielle, and they had the best time playing together. Isaac coached Char's soccer game since Coach Deedra was out of town. They ended up with a score of 0-0 which actually made for an exciting defensive game. Daddy took Perry to the car wash, and they even wore matching shirts. I saw this and loved it. It's a good reminder not to get upset about the little things, because soon enough, the girls aren't going to want us around all the time. (I secretly hope that they think we're really cool and love having us around all the time as they get older...

Picture of the Week: Breakfast Brunch Cheers Perry and I snuggled while watching movies on the couch. The girls got me some pretty flowers for my birthday. Daddy helped hide them Monday night so I could be surprised by them on Tuesday morning when I woke up. I also woke up to a gorgeous sunrise that day. A couple of months ago, Isaac and I taught the girls about Elvis and Johnny Cash. Ever since, they've all been obsessed with Johnny Cash, and Perry asks for Ring of Fire every time she gets in the car. Gracie got a new dress that she had been waiting for and couldn't wait to try it on when we opened the mail. Isaac had a fun event with the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association where they had a clay disk shooting tournament to raise money for the homeless. Perry and I watched Frozen Fever over and over and over. It's less than ten minutes long, and she insists on watching it again every time it ends. ...
