Our First Day

Isaac and I have been together for almost eight years now, and although that seems like forever we are only just beginning our life together.  September 5, 2009 was our official first day as one.  We had the most amazing wedding of all time, and I can't believe it has come and gone already.  I remember sitting next to each other in Ms. Furlow's earth science class in seventh grade.  Isaac kept me laughing and would pick on me constantly (and I had the biggest crush on him).  We ended up "going out" for about two weeks before he dumped me because I would not kiss him.  It's hard to believe that it was already more than ten years ago!!  The first day of sophomore year at Foothill High School we were given assigned seats in our Spanish class.  Guess who was seated right behind me?  It didn't take long before we were dating again, and as they say, the rest is history :) Here are some of our favorite pictures from our absolutely beautif...

Snow Bunnies

Isaac and I had a four day weekend for New Years, so we were planning on heading up to my family's cabin for the weekend. When the girls and I came down with a cold, we decided it'd be best to stay home. The girls started feeling better Friday, so we made plans to head up to Mt. Charleston the next day. We grabbed some sleds and snow pants Friday night and went to bed early to get ready for our big day. Saturday morning, we all met up at our house and stopped at Starbucks on our way to the snow. Nick helped us find the perfect spot for sledding, and we were so excited. When we got there, we all hopped out of the car to get our snow gear on. Of course I had to feed Charley to get her ready for a few hours of playing in the snow. When she was done, we got her all dressed up and ready for the snow, too: I can't get over how big/old she looks here! Last Week...

Picture of the Week: The Original, The Remix, The Encore, Mic Drop. Brother chewed on highlighters at the office on Monday. Perry and Acelyn had their second dance class and may have loved it even more than the first time. Perry was waiting for class to start and told me, "Ohhh, it's going to be so hard, and I'm going to do so good!". Charley hung out with Brother, and they watched Perr dance through the glass. She curtsied and blew a kiss at the end. The girls played outside when we got home, and Perry kept asking me to take her picture in her pretty dress. I think she was made for this dance thing. Brother was a good boy at soccer practice. He was also good at the office on Tuesday, hanging out in his rocker and giving me smiles before dozing off. After his nap, he watched Zootopia and played some more. He was all smiles, and even some giggles, at my nail appointment after work...
