Nothing Like Christmas in Disneyland {Day One}

Monday morning, we woke up ready for Disneyland. The girls didn't know we were going until a couple of days before, and since they had been talking about it forever, they were SO excited! Our first stop was in California Adventure. Since we were a little early, we snapped some photos near the 60th Anniversary decorations and the beautiful tree on Buena Vista street. We made our way to Ariel's Grotto for breakfast. It's always the very first thing we do when we come to Disneyland. The girls were so excited to see Ariel, and she joked with them about how Sebastian and Flounder stayed near the castle with Eric that day. As we ate breakfast, they waited patiently for the other princesses to come out. Charley had us cracking up while eating a blackberry. Big Boy {Nine Months Old}

Bro Bro is nine months old! I can't even believe it. He's now been on the outside longer than he was on the inside. He's still the happiest, most smiley baby around. Any time he makes eye contact with any of us, he just lights up, and he has a huge toothy grin now. Kid just got his eighth tooth! He's still drooling like a maniac, and everything he touches goes right in to his mouth. He is currently weighing in at twenty pounds, eight ounces and is twenty-eight and a half inches long. (Grace was 22.5 lbs - Charley was 18.5 lbs - Perry was 18 lbs, they were all 27.5 inches) He is wearing mostly twelve month sizes in clothing and is between size two and three in shoes. He's still in size four diapers and will be for a while. Brother has finally started eating pureed baby foods but only by the pouch. He doesn't want you to feed him with a spoon, because that's baby stuff. His favorite is Happy Baby's banana, sweet potato, and papaya. H...

24 Weeks

We are finally 24 weeks pregnant.  This is the point where the baby is no longer considered a miscarriage if she's born!! She'll be an actual premie and will have about a 50% chance of survival.  It will be an even bigger relief when we hit 28 weeks where she'll have an 80% chance of survival. This week, Grace is perfecting her lungs and packing on the pounds.  She will gain about half a pound this week alone!  Since her inner ear is now fully formed, baby will be able to tell if she's hanging upside down or laying right side up.  Grace is now about the length of an ear of corn.  Due to this, she is no longer able to do somersaults because there just isn't enough room in there. Also this week, the baby bedding is finally on its way!! It has been almost 7 weeks since I ordered it, and when I emailed the company on Monday, they didn't respond.  My mom had ordered a few things to go with it, and they emailed here Wednesday saying that they had cancell...
